You learn how to use a sewing machine. You will also learn how to insert elastics, zips, buttons, hems and we teach you how to read a bought pattern. To practice your basic sewing skills you also complete 2 sewing projects.
You will learn how to sew up a skirt in a knit fabric, a dress, pants and a shirt. (Learn how to sew waistbands, binding, facings, darts, complicated fly zips and pockets) Guys sew a t-shirt, hoodie, pants and a shirt.
You will learn to trace a ready-made garment, sew up a tailored jacket, a kimono, a top with lace appliqué, a handbag. Guys sew a waistcoat, tailored jacket, shorts and a sport bag.
